As a freelance Interior and Prop Stylist I work on a wide assortment of commercial and editorial projects. These projects take me to many interesting places as well as expose me to a variety of situations and challenges that inform and inspire. I look forward to learning and seeing more.

Born and raised outside Boston, I was drawn to New York City in my early twenties. I began studying Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. While in school I worked as a display production artist for retail and television, most notably for Barneys New York.

I graduated with a BFA in Interior Design and began working for an architect who specialized in modern design and interiors. While there I was responsible for a variety of retail and residential interiors as well as furniture design.

After 3 years I accepted a position as Associate Style Editor at Martha Stewart Living magazine. My work there focused on creating decorating content for the magazine while also providing props and sets for a variety of stories. In 2002 I left to become freelance.

I currently split my time between my apartment in New York CIty's East Village and the countryside of northwestern Connecticut where I am obsessed with renovating and decorating a 300 year old house I bought in 2006.
